Hotel is easily accessible by public transport as it's situated at a very good location. The rooms are good, bed is comfortable, but can be improved. Food is little bit on the down side, but food preference is different from person to person. Tariff is pocket friendly. Overall good experience

I booked the hotel for my relatives... Very bad sevice No hot water Rooms are stinking Managers and staffs behaviour is very rude not cooperating at all . Menu price so high Commitment failure all are Food quality very very bad Realy I request please do not book this hotel ....

Our train got delayed so we paid for late check out till 1pm yet the receptionist kept badgering us to leave since 12:57. We just needed 10-15 more minutes but We had to sit on benches on the road because our train was delayed. If asking for a single plate, it'd be delivered after 15 mins minimum so if you have food from outside, you'll have to eat it cold. No hot water. Water was collecting in the washroom. Flush was not working. Everything we asked for would take a lot of time to be delivered. Bedsheets had stains. Only the bed was good. We had breakfast booked for all the days and we were on a vacation. Breakfast timing is till 10 and everyday someone called at around 8-8:30 to come and get done with the Breakfast as it was buffet. Sometimes we would feel lazy as we were in vacation mode so we used to think we'll catch the breakfast at around 9:45, afterall the timing is till 10. At regular intervals we were getting calls to come and get done with the breakfast because they wanted to close. Staff behaviour was good but the overall Management was pathetic. Everytime we ordered something as small as a bottle of water, someone would come with the bill and demand money to be paid instantly even though every hotel adds those bills to be paid during checkout, afterall we had 4 days of stay.

Visited the convention center for a ring ceremony. The location is easy to access via car and there is ample parking space around the area. It might get a little crowded as their is a good junction near by. The good served at the catering was fine.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
