I recently had a delightful stay at NK Grand Hotel. The overall experience was fantastic, with impeccable service and top-notch facilities. The staff was exceptionally courteous and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. While the majority of the hotel was serene, there was a minor issue with noise from the function hall above, extending past 10pm. However, this was a minor inconvenience compared to the overall positive experience. The rooms were well-appointed, and the amenities provided added a touch of luxury to my stay. The hotel's dining options were impressive, offering a diverse range of delicious cuisines. The attention to cleanliness and hygiene throughout the property was evident and greatly appreciated. In conclusion, despite the slight noise concern, NK Grand Hotel exceeded my expectations with its outstanding service and excellent facilities. I look forward to returning in the future.

I stayed at this facility with my Dad between Jan 01 and 07, 2024. The staff was wonderful in all aspects. My dad had/has terrible pain and found it real hard to get up and down the two steps from the street to the hotel lobby -- at all times there was someone from the hotel staff ready to lend us a hand to make the transition as painless as possible for my dad. They also helped with delivering food to our room, printing some documents related to my Dad's diagnostics prior to us getting to hospital and both while checking-in and checking-out lending us a big hand with all the baggage. In my mind this is a 5-star facility if you consider all the factors that make your stay a memorable one. My hats off to the security, the front desk, the folks at the Aroma restaurant and house-keeping staff -- you were all wonderful; and I cannot thank you enough.

Very good and polite staff, they understand English (and maybe even Hindi), extremely close to airport. Definitely recommend this to anyone who wants a short stay near Chennai airport. They also have airport pickup and drop at a rate charged by any pre-paid taxi service. Also, good food in their attached restaurant.

DO NOT EVER BOOK THIS PROPERTY UNLESS YOU LIKE BUGS. This is the worst hotel I have ever seen in my whole life. I chose to stay here as it was close to the airport and it says its 3 star hotel. My no means it should be called a 3 star hotel. The room I got, had cockroaches in the entire room. Some even on the walls and ceiling. There are mosquitos EVERYWHERE in the premise. Bedsheet had stains on it. Not even a handwash in the bathroom was provided. The guy at front desk said he will provide it all and never did. I checked out of this place literally in an hour after checkin in and while leaving when I tried to tell him what was all wrong he did not care and just ignored.

The Hotel was great. The rooms were really clean and hygienic. The service was great especially the food. The cousine was mouth watering. The location is really close to the airport which is also great .I enjoyed my stay there . It is one of the best hotel's in the town

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
