        I have booked via agoda app. After reaching the hotel with my family the manager was unethically saying that my room was given to someone else as he got additional 1000 rupees from someone. I noticed there is one more guy standing next to me with the same story. We were unable to get rooms from anywhere due to the demand on Friday night. Totally disappointed with their irresponsible answers. -Very poor and cheap behavior by the management. -Arrogant to customers booked the rooms via apps. -Don't care attitude about the bookings and customer situation. Please don't ever try booking them with any app. Worst experience faced with my family

        One of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at! I would've given it a solid ZERO star rating if there was such option. First of all, the rooms were extremely filthy. Bedsheets were not even washed , pillows were unclean and i could literally see hair on the pillow and stains on the bedsheet. They didn't provide with even soap and basic amenities that a hotel must provide. Secondly , behaviour of the receptionist horrible and awful. He wasn't speaking nicely to any of my family member. At one point he even yelled at my father which was extremely unprofessional and unethical. HOSPITALITY WAS ZERO. He was speaking rudely if we asked him about anything. Please reconsider your decision if you're thinking to book this hotel! There are alot of better options in Kanyakumari and i would suggest you all go through those and this hotel should be your LAST option.

        Had there been an option to give 0 star, I would have done that. I booked this hotel 25 days ago and on the very last day, we were informed that the rooms can’t be provided since the hotel is overbooked. On the very last moment, our family had to look for some option for stay, which was extremely inconvenient. OYO may have made good money for its private investors but their customers service seems to be very poor 👎 and their behaviour very unprofessional.

        The location is well oriented because the Swami Vivekanand memorial is within walking distance to this hotel. And also the railway station is near. The rooms were good. The washrooms were also clean. Everything is available near the hotel.

        Very poor cleanliness.bed sheets and blankets are not that much clean.. found many hair follicles in bed while we entered..it took almost 30 mts to get rid of it

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
