        Firstly I did not like the area and room at all. But when I checked around, all the hotels around had these small and dirty rooms. There were cockroaches in almost all the hotels. The bedsheets and towels were old hence seemed very dirty. The area around is not that nice. Garbage all around on the road. No soap, no water bottle, no proper parking. AC, TV and water dispenser were there. The service was slightly good. I read other reviews where people have given 4 stars and written the room was unhygienic.

        Beware of scammers!!! This is the worst hotel I have seen in my life. When I booked on agoda the room photos were completely different from what was given to me. It wasn't even a room it was a bathroom converted to a room. There was no AC or attached bathroom. They asked me to go to a different hotel 3 km away. I denied as it was too far from my work location. Then they denied any refund or compensation for the same. Please stay away from this hotel.

        Scam Alert! Oyo just taking money from guests but not sharing the booking confirmation. I booked a room in this hotel by calling OYO help line number. They requested 10% amount to book the room. After I paid the money, they said they will share the booking confirmation and details. I waited for 2 days and call them almost 15 times but I did not get my booking details and nor my money.

        3rd grade hotel and staff one young boy with rude behaviour and voice with customer and rooms are worest 3rd grade cleaning no towel bed sheet no..if u are unable to find room then stay on footpath then this aroma smell

        Vary worst...Oyo is not there ... if you book... hotel management is cancelled or cancel your order with your self...and aroma has toooo many branches there...if you argue them transfer your booking to another....any where is very worst....my booking I'd is FL9C9745....very worst

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
