        Overall the rooms were neat but the room and cupboard are too small. Okay if you are looking just for a night stay. They don't provide any towels or soap. Service is okay but they don't help in carrying luggages and the hotel is at upstairs.

        This property is incredibly outdated, and I was disappointed with the lack of cleanliness. The place had a persistent bad smell, and the conditions of the curtains, bedsheets, and towels were far from satisfactory. Despite booking based on the photos, the reality did not match the expectations set by the images. I cannot recommend this place to anyone, and I advise future guests to be cautious and not solely rely on the photos when considering a stay here.

        Worst experience at OYO. Room booked on App and was told you can pay on visit directly. No call back received for confirmation. I personally called back multiple times and confirmed my stay. But room was denied on visit saying it is all booked and you should have pre-paid online. What a wonderful service!

        Worst place to stay in. They will ask you to book the rooms in oyo by paying the full amount. Then they will say that there are no rooms available at that time. When we call to customer care of oyo, property manager and reception person will not respond. And later they will update to oyo management that there are rooms available and the customer denied check in. So they will get there money without giving the room. In this case oyo will also do nothing because oyo will say according to company policy we need to wait for 48 hours and then we will get this answer stating that we don't get any refund based on the information provided by properly management.

          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.
