Worst room, no hygiene. Staff was not friendly. They take more price than usual online booking. Many times asked GST bill for which I paid full amount. No hot water, wifi not working, Television dead, mentioned breakfast will be provided but it's also not provided. Worst experience ever had. 😬😬 Sincere suggestion Don't book room here instead pay extra other' but not here😡😡

Was so bad! When called oyo for booking they told me the price ₹1100/- per night and a complimentary check out time till 13:00. But when I reached the hotel they told me the charges ₹1200/- and had to check out at 11:00. Whennthey gave me the room neither the AC nor the TV was working. I asked them to change the room and in the other room the charging plug wasn't working. There was no soap to wash hands! But the lady working at the reception during the day was really nice. Well behaving with customers, talking nicely & didn't charge me that extra ₹100/- on day 2.

Hotel rooms are not hygienic and clean and the location is right next to shivaji market and in front of the sewage. .makes it bit uncomfortable to stay
