Not a good place to stay. Supportive staff but rooms and bathrooms are not at all good. Rooms and bathrooms have wall damping and there's a constant foul smell.

Worst hotel room I have ever visited till now, worst location and too many types of smell are there in the room like tobacco. I have cancelled the booking when I saw this. Advice not to visit here. It's look to amazing in the photos but in real you can't believe.Plz don't come here

I had the unfortunate experience of booking a stay at this hotel, only to find out that they were charging me more than the booking amount upon check-in. Not only was the hotel itself quite pathetic, but this added layer of deceit and dishonesty was the final straw for me. When I arrived at the hotel, I was shocked to find out that the price I had agreed upon during booking was not being honored. The staff at the front desk were quite unhelpful and seemed to have no interest in resolving the issue. Given the poor state of the hotel and the poor treatment I received from the staff, I decided to cancel my booking altogether and find a different place to stay. Overall, my experience with this hotel was extremely disappointing. I would advise anyone considering a stay here to beware of their dishonest practices and subpar accommodations. In short, I will not be returning to this hotel and I will not be suggesting it to anyone else either. It was a disappointing experience from start to finish, and I would hate to see anyone else have to go through the same thing.

One of worst location , its a slum area kind of. They charged my 900 bucks (i was i urgent need so i paid) when i was there hotel which was agreed with OYO as only 400 bucks only. Washroom was like hell , and no TV working , No proper door lock , no fooding service at hotel , hygeine was the equals to hell . Torned Blanket. I think i will never prefer this hotel for even 200 Bucks rest one can decide.

The only thing I liked was working AC and helpful and pleasing staff. Below didn't seems nice. Dirty washroom. Bathroom fittings not working and broken. Broken wordrobe. TV not working. Apart from a tubelight, no other light. Smelly pillows.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
