      Scam!! Fraud!! I stayed there 2 days. Before chcek in I discuused with the owner of the hotel as I need GST invoice for on my office GST number. I booked the room once I got confirmation on giving GST invoice. I am following up for more than a week. They are not giving any invoice. They cheated with me. I am have all the evedance they are not receiving call now since last 5 days.

Whether I needed directions, recommendations, or assistance with arranging transportation, the knowledgeable staff were always on hand to help, ensuring that I made the most of my time in the area.What truly set this hotel apart was the exceptional level of customer service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed, and their genuine care and attention to detail were evident in every interaction.       "Please avoid staying here","All are fraudsters..." The worst experience ever... nothing is right in this property....staff behaviour is rude,they don't even care for your problem,one thing they care for is extra money.....they intentionally gave us the room where AC was not working but charged for AC ,and said no other room is available... moreover you yourself have to ask for the towel and soap which is basically provided by the hotel THE MOST RIDICULOUS THING IS THAT THE CUNNING RECEPTIONIST WILL TAKE YOUR PHONE TO CHECK OYO APPLICATION WHILE CHECKING OUT AND WILL GIVE 5 STAR RATING TO THEMSELVES... WHICH IS REALLY NOT ACCEPTABLE Even the manager of property is very arrogant,he is not ready to solve your problem. *They have forcefully given 5 star in the review.We need immediate action against the property. They are doing the same thing with all other customers too.*

      The staffs are very careless, don't care about customer experience. Get ready to be exploited by them. First they'll demand more money once you reach there. They have not connected the devices properly, so the electric appliances don't get enough voltage. The AC in our room was not working at all. But they charged for ac room. They didn't even provide us another room. While checking out, don't give your phone to them. They'll forcefully give a 5 star review on the oyo app. This is customer harrassment. Don't get fooled by the 4.4 star rating. Maximum of those reviews are done without consent.

      Everything is bad. This is NOT a hotel but a guest house. Rooms are in an apartment on the second floor and no lift is available. No reception and no room service. They charge extra money from every guest and at the time of check out ask for your phone to fill a fake review on app, don't fall into this trap. Stay in some other hotel.

        Booking Policy
        It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
        The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
        Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
        If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
        Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
        Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
        The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
        Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
        Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

        Hotel Cancellation Policy
        User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.
        Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
        User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
        Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.
        Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.
        If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.
        In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

        Modification and Reschedule Policy
        Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.
        After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
