Rooms are so good. The rooms are neat and clean and all useful items are available. The bedsheets, bathroom everything are very neat and well hygienic maintained. Hospitality is also very good 👍. Nearby rented scooty and all kind of shops(food , medicine, beverage, fast food, alcohol) everything available. Overall my 3 days in pondicherry was pretty good for this hotel.

The rooms do not look like how it is shown in oyo. It is very dingy, dull and dirty. There is a lingering stinky smell in the room. The locks are held together with cello tape. The bathroom is dirty and not cleaned. The fan has dust settled. The room was very dusty. I do not recommend this hotel. The actual hotel and room does not match with what’s shown in the photos.

I pre booked this hotel with full payment through Agoda app very before and when we reached this location on the day of check in they denied our booking. They told me that the rooms are fully occupied at the moment and we won’t be able to help you with the check in. Me and my friends were stuck at the reception hall with our luggages. And finally we moved out from this hotel to find a new one. Please double check while booking this hotel or else your vacation might get spoiled.

Pros: - Great location. Near to French colony, white town and rock beach - Rooms are very spacious - Naming of each rooms are unique. I like that concept - Car parking 👍🏻 Cons: - Hotel staff is refused to give breakfast and simply said to contact booking agent.( Hotel does not kitchen facility and pls don’t choose option which is offering breakfast) - we stayed two days and they didn’t change beddings even after we requested - You will get better options for 2k at nearby area if you are contacting directly to property. - Receptionist always give you wrong information and makes you feel wrong about Pondy ( He denied us to go paradise beach after a 5 pm but it is really worth to visit). - You will get ample of instructions from receptionist

Very prime location 👌. Just 1 km away from Rock ⛱️ Beach. All facilities are like Medicines, liquor, food , shopping, bike rentals very near by. Rooms are very spacious , washroom some what better.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
