        My stay at this hotel was an unfortunate saga of incompetence and disrespect that merits a detailed recount. The level of service provided was shockingly poor, plunging the overall experience into a state of disappointment. The staff's attitude went beyond rudeness; it created an unwelcoming atmosphere that tainted every interaction. The pinnacle of frustration was reached when, despite having a confirmed payment through OYO rooms, we were subjected to an agonizing wait of over 2 hours. Adding insult to injury, they insisted on extracting extra money for the room, a demand that further highlighted their unprofessionalism. This experience was a poignant reminder that the basic principles of customer service were conspicuously absent at this establishment. The general demeanor of the staff reflected a consistent bad attitude, casting a shadow over the entire stay. It became evident that the hotel lacked the fundamental elements required for providing a satisfactory customer experience. My strong caution echoes against choosing this hotel, as my encounter with it has left an indelible mark of incompetence and disrespect. The decision to book rooms via OYO rooms, in this particular instance, turned out to be regrettable. The total time and money invested in this endeavor proved to be a wasteful pursuit, contributing to an overall sense of disillusionment.         We booked room here for two days. Once we visited here, they gave us room key and asked to pay extra money for AC. We are tired so we paid extra money and went to the room. Once we entered into the room, we got a worst smell of cigarettes and room is dirty. Room does not even have a window and also room does not have geaser for hot water. They provided us a heater which is sooo worst. Even washroom window is not nice. It is broken and females cannot stay here comfortably. Even bedsheets and pillow smell soo worst. Room is not cleaned. The balcony of the room is worst. It is not at all a comfortable place to stay. The room security is not so good and it is no secure to stay here. Apart from these, the receptionists are mannerless and senseless. They are talking such a rude and taking bad words about house and family. They are even shouting on the ladies too with mannerless words. I recommend not to stay here and I can say that this apartment services should be banned and stopped.

        Pathetic experience from this hotel... Denying check in.. After paying through online oyo website.... Asking for extra money.... Lost trust in oyo... There's a monopoly.... Nobody in Chennai accepts online booking.... Repeated calls to oyo customer care also doesn't solve our issues....!!!

        Disappointing Experience for Female Guests from Karnataka I recently accompanied my friend and her chess team on a stay at this hotel, and the overall experience was quite disheartening. The management's behavior towards our group, consisting solely of girls from Karnataka, left us deeply dissatisfied. Firstly, we encountered an issue with a small coffee stain on the bedsheet. Shockingly, the hotel staff demanded an exorbitant fee of 400 for what should be a minor concern. It felt like they were taking advantage of our group, especially considering our non-Tamilian background. Moreover, the discriminatory attitude towards non-Tamilians was evident in their behavior. The staff's rudeness and reluctance to let us leave were distressing. At one point, they even threatened to close the gate and stop our vehicle, which added an unnecessary layer of intimidation. This experience raises concerns about the hotel's professionalism, customer service, and fairness. It is disappointing to see such behavior, and I hope the management takes steps to address these issues for the comfort and safety of all guests, regardless of their origin.

        Worst experience I had. First thing don't go along with baby. No hot water and bed sheets are very dirty. Reception guy behavior is not good. They just spray perfume cleaning is not good.

          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
