        Yesterday on Google booked in Oyo for morning check-in. But when I went to the hotel in the morning, the owner asked almost triple the amount. He was not even concerned that I had booked his place despite having two stars. He did not even bother about me that i am standing in the middle of the road as booked customer. A very bad experience. Still a big concern in our society about the guarantee of the booking system by these hospitality services and not getting a booked room. The place in also very dirty and having lot of mosquitoes flying around you.

        Dont book this hotel ever, worst management. I've booked through OYO app and payed amount. After reaching there they didnt accept my check-in, demanding more than twice the money paid, wasted 3hours of my time, owner is such a rude person. doesn't even listen and keeps arguing without understanding and no support. NEVER I SAY NEVER BOOK THROUGH APP AND GO, instead reach there and ask if you are okay with amount.

        Booked in Agoda for late early morning check-in for 3 members including me and was unable to get their contact to let them know prior, so had to rely on Oyo which I Informed them and added as a special request. But when we went to the hotel in the early morning, the owner threw us out by saying no rooms were there. He was not even concerned that we had booked his place despite having two stars. Now after seeing his attitude, I would say it deserves 2 stars and because of his behaviour, I would give it 1 star from my end as a customer. He did not even bother about the three of us that we are standing in the middle of the road as booked and paid customers. A very bad experience and I am waiting for a refund from Agoda which is still not guaranteed. Still a big concern in our society about the guarantee of the booking system by these hospitality services and not getting a booked room even after paying.

        One of the worst hotel in chennai donot book here, they ask for more money and their behaviour will be humiliated. Hotel management simply no tie-up with bóoking and OYO or what ever booking you make and I already reported to concern booking websites.PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL Donot trust their reply, I had plan to file police complaint, due to my personal emergency I left that place. Booking and OYO playing game with customer.They promised 3 months ago that KB residency will be removed their sale page, still they are holding the same.

        I booked through Oyo web site and payment done through Phonepe. Hotel manager was not accepted. When I verified with Oyo customer care they simply denied receipt of any payment stating Oyo have not received as it is done through web and not on App. Another customer care accepted less receipt of payment. I wasted my 1 hour convincing them but failed. Finally I negotiated with hotel manager and rented room. I have most worst experience with Oyo again. Advised to improve customer care service and overall services. Thanks Oyo

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.
          For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in.           Hotel Cancellation Policy
          User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.
          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.
          Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.
          If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.
          In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
          Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.
          After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
