OYO flagship 20021 siruseri is very bad. I had very bad experience as I booked 2 rooms and once I reached the hotel at night for checkin, they said rooms not available and asked to cancel my bookings and search for other hotels. Even if we pay rs 5000/- per night , they will give rooms. What a stupidity, though rooms are vacant they are not providing saying that online booking will not be entertained , whereas we have confirmed bookings and paid the money. In the middle of night and in a strange city, we are forced to find our way to book a hotel . Strange and very bad experience. No one should relay anymore OYO hotel online bookings.

Classy room totally worth the price one of the cleanest oyo rooms. the bathroom was really clean and the shower setup was great. Private place. lovely room, they have a locker a place to keep suitcases, hairdryer. great staff quick at service, what i dint like was the bell sound its loud and annoying and they serve breakfast at 8:40 onwards and they ring the bell of each room until we dont wake up, very very annoying . otherwise perfect room.

Worst one. They wont provide any facilities. No wifi. No TV.. taps are broken.. ceilings are broken.. waterlogging and hence mosquito nuisance through night eventhough its AC room. Charging additional cost in the Nam of sanitizer
