        Title: A Nightmarish Experience: Avoid this Hotel at All Costs I recently had the displeasure of staying at this hotel, and I cannot emphasize enough how utterly horrendous my experience was. From the moment I walked in, I was met with an unparalleled level of incompetence and disregard for basic hospitality standards. The receptionist at this establishment seems to have taken rudeness and arrogance to new heights. Their unprofessional demeanor and complete lack of courtesy left me questioning why they were employed in the first place. It's as if customer service is a foreign concept to them. Moving on to the accommodations, I was greeted by a bathroom infested with an army of small insects and cockroaches. It was a horror show that no guest should ever have to endure. The telephone in my room was nothing more than a decorative piece, as it failed to serve its basic function. Attempting to reach the staff for assistance proved to be an exercise in futility. The bed sheets were not only stained but also untidy, reflecting a blatant disregard for cleanliness and basic hygiene. It felt like I was sleeping in a neglected and unkempt dungeon rather than a place that claims to provide hospitality services. To add to the nightmare, the owner of the property exhibited threatening behavior that left me genuinely concerned for my safety. This hotel is undoubtedly an unsafe haven for visitors and tourists. I would strongly advise against staying here, especially for couples and families, who should prioritize their well-being over the potential hazards posed by the owner and the overall environment. The staff, beyond their incompetence, managed to be both creepy and obscene, creating an unsettling atmosphere throughout my stay. It's evident that proper training and supervision are severely lacking in this establishment. Furthermore, the lack of proper facilities only compounds the issues. From dysfunctional telephones to insect-infested bathrooms, it's clear that the management has little interest in maintaining even the most basic standards of quality. In conclusion, I urge anyone considering a stay at this hotel to think twice and explore other options. The combination of rude and unprofessional staff, filthy accommodations, threatening ownership, and an overall lack of safety make this hotel a complete disaster. Your well-being and peace of mind are far too valuable to be compromised by the myriad issues plaguing this establishment. Steer clear at all costs.

        - Too far from all visiting places. - Too costly. - Ahmad the manager is very rude avoid to deal with him. - Try to deal with Dipali only although she charged 3k per night for 2500 per night room. - SakiNaka is hell for all taxi and autos so try to avoid this place.

        They are listed on OYO but donot allow customers to checkin. We have already paid entire amount to OYO but they had some issues with the OYO derefore denied checkin.Hotel staff behaviour is very very rude. Pls donot come to this hotel.

        Hotel Staff is Not gud & Not cooperative. Hotel staff is like Cheater. In my booking Breakfast included. But hotel staff is saying breakfast is not included & demanding extra money. He also demanding extra money for Tea, water bottle. Tv not working, wifi not working, No space for car parking. Very ruduly Staff. Pls don't book otherwise u will also harras after check-in , after pay money. Not worth . I booked big size room but not given, given very small size room. . Guyess U WILL ALSO BE CHEATED.

        Small insects all over the bathroom… the cost was too high ripping off the wallets of customer. Found 2 small cockroaches as well on the floor ..

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
