Beware about OYO HOTEL BOOKINGS. I will not blame any particular hotel but what happened with me is I had a booking at Amantran Resort, Digha on 23rd and 24th of October, 2023. I paid full amount in advance thru UPI, which I have done the blunder. Everybody is requested to pay them if needed thru bank transfer method or else just go there n pay. I was attracted with the ambience of Amantran and as it has a swimming pool which my son who is a special child of 15yrs of age loves the swimming pool and this is the only attraction for him. I have booked for 2 nights in this resort on 12th of October but 2 days before starting my journey towards Amantran frm Kolkata, I came to know that this property has been sold and not under OYO anymore, and my booking has been shifted to a most ordinary HOTEL PRANTIKA, where there I didn't get any swimming pool, TV set with no connection, no WIFI, AC Restaurant with no food, rooms r there which are not of 2,500/- per night rates, and beyond this they r charging from me a more RS.520/- How foolish we are, that they are shifting my hotel room booking without.my consent and charging more money from me. Send 3 mails back to back and charged them very rudely, after that they have cancelled my extra amount and I spend 2 days in that hotel (no other option) with my son who became completely depressed. I think OYO GROUPS OF HOTELS are simply making common people FOOLISH and earning money like this trick. So Beware of Oyo and think hundred times before booking with Oyo. Oyo is a licenced decoit and nothing else. Thank u all

My experience with Oyo this time was worst. a) Oyo switched hotel at last moment and shifted me to another hotel which was under construction. b) In the new hotel room, AC was not working. Staff were not supportive, even property manager denied to provide any update yo Oyo. This was my worst experience ever.

Brand new rooms, very neat and clean , little out of the city. Best if you have your own transport, new digha beach will be take 10 minutes drive. No nearby restaurant or market or shop. Have in-house /room service for food. Nice staff ,good behavior. Rooms are reasonable in size. Overall highly recommend for people who want perfect neat and clean stay and with transportation.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
