        Worst hotel i ever seen , No good service no cleaned room . Ac also not in working condition, i did online booking, when we reached there on reception the demand more money because of we used coupon and took discount online. We spended 2 hr outside of hotel. He allowed us to check in after we paid them extra amount. And they declined to give receipt for that. Plz don’t visit.

        Pathetic service from OYO. Complete mess up in the booking. What was booked on the website and also confirmed by OYO by email was not showing up on hotel system. Had to pay twice the amount on the spot to keep the room. OYO has not responded to complaint and neither refunded the excess amount paid. Stay away from OYO.

        Pathetic manager.... Taken our 2 hours to give us check in... inspite of paying all amount to be paid..pls don't visit via online booking ..he ask for extra tariff for sure...and make you wait till you pay something and get rid of him.room is so Tiny..

        Very Bad Experience, When I reached hotel, the hotel owner refused to give room on Oyo price which I already paid online while booking, he demanded ₹700 extra money, he said charges are like that Oyo gave you discount, they are in conflict with Oyo, and when I was trying to connect with Oyo helpline for complaining about this, Oyo helpline number was not reachable, finally I had to pay extra money for the room. The room condition was also not good, it was smelly, the ac was also broken. Really pathetic experience.

        Pathetic experience… dint check with the review that’s my big mistake. They deny to give at the online price booked on agoda.. complaint for same with agoda customer representative he took my 45 minutes and said he resolved my issue I don’t have to pay extra amount but still I have no confirmation and at last I had to pay extra amount…. Kindly check the reviews

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.
          For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in.           Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.
          Hotel Cancellation Policy
          User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.
          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.
          Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.
          If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.
          In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
          Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.
          After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
