The location of the hotel is decent. The beach is walking distance. You cannot see the beach or sea much but by walking, you can reach in 7-8 mins. The good thing is you can see the Jagannath Temple from the balcony.The rooms are fine, could be much better with charge they take. When we entered the room, the balcony was a bit dirty, the linen looked a bit dirty. There was no water provided, we had to ask for it. Even their restaurant was closed which they did not inform prior. The next day when we asked to clean the room, we had to tell the housekeeper how to clean the floor. Overall their housekeeping service was poor and they need to take proper care of their guests. Dissatisfied with their service. If they improve their housekeeping service and maintain their rooms in high standard, it can be a good hotel to opt at Puri. Hope the management takes some steps.

Rooms are good even the staff are also good . But Hotel charge gst for each and every room service item (bottel,tea,food) . As per government guidelines hotel can't charge gst from customer without providing them gst printed bill hotel staff provide bill gst by hand written which is not valid . Other than that hotel is good

Good location but poor service and poor room cleaning. We have changed room but still has multiple cleaning issues and we have no options but to change place. Front desk lacks hospitality services.

Worst hotel , i came with family , with senior citizen . I had booking from make my trip with breakfast, and at the time of checkout the hotel asked me to pay extra money. The hotel has full thug people . They charge for wtevr they wish Do not book this hotel

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
