Staffs are supportive and view from the balcony is just amazing 😍 Rooms are also fine. There is an open space for party as well ...The resort is on the top so you need a car to reach here from Nainital Mall road and it would take around 15 minutes.

Situated on a hill and thus not accessible every time. You can't climb up by walking if you are not used to trekking for long. Climbing is difficult. You can always climb down but would require a cab to get you back up to the resort. The cabs usually take about 500 rupees to climb up. The view was beautiful and amazing. But I booked via Oyo registration desk on phone call and they confirmed breakfast, terrace and bon-fire facilities are included in the rent/package. But later when I arrived they denied giving any breakfast and bon-fire. No terrace to go too. When I complained about it, there was no satisfactory resolution for this as well. The discount was also given in Oyo money that I never used and it got expired.

Very far from mall road, room se jyda room tak pahuchne ka kharcha tha. 3 km from mall road, taxi charges 1000 for it. I don't recommend it, but per room price is good.

Nice View of Lake and Hill from this hotel. Fantastic location. Very near to Himalayan View. I loved this property.❤️

The rooms are good but with services, I am not so happy. Some staff are nice but some behavior is not nice towards the guest. food is also so so. Unfortunately, the water supply in the Nainital was also affected on that days. I am giving an overall 4 Star only for the nice view with the balcony.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
