I wish I can give negative starts. They are expert in stealing. I left my pixel charger by mistake there and immediately called they said yes they have found the charger. But after I arranged the delivery pickup they kept on denying the thing and did not return. Moreover they took extra charge for the room than the quoted price in booking site. And all the time they were in search of reasons to get some extra ammount. Very bad experience very bad service.

I have experience booking rooms online and getting stopped at hotel desk because of overbook. This time I tried to take room at hotel, but they charged me 2 days worth(rs 2600) of money for staying less than 1 day. But the most shocking thing is the room they provided. The photos they have in Oyo are completely different from how it actually looks. It is an old room with cracks on the wall and full of cigarette smoke and mosquitos. All the things like tv, ac is working fine. But if you are a person who is expecting to have a nice room atmosphere, this hotel is not for you.

I booked these property through oto also confirmed with property manager and owner of property but when I came for checking they say we have to cancel your booking I ask them what I do now they say talk to oto we can't do anything and oyo as usual no response

You will never get a classic room here if you have booked it through a 3rd party app like OYO or MMT. On arrival, the guy at the reception will inform you that all the classic rooms are booked. They offer the rooms to those who walk by to the hotel and they don't even bother of those who have booked it online. Also, they will tell you that you will have to pay ₹1000 extra if you need a deluxe room. Please mind my review before booking rooms here. Very cheap service.

Very very bad rooms with bedbugs, bad washroom, rude owner, no wardrobe and no basin in the room. Extra charges for everything even basic toiletries like toothpaste. Worst hotel. Overpriced.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
