I got booked at the hotel through Make My Trip. As we were a group of 3, I requested for an extra bed, and they gave me an additional bed as well in a very large special room. It was neat, clean, with supplies and all amenities. Complimentary breakfast provided was awesome with so many varieties and tasty. It also had an ocean view. Reception was very good and had friendly staff that helped bring food order when placed. The place was very near to Vivekananda rock memorial and very convenient without any wastage of time to travel. I highly recommend the place.

I stayed here for 2 days. Genuinely, in such small size rooms i found spring mattresses make you alert for fall while sleeping with no proper clean bedsheets...... ac doesn't work either you take room on 5th floor or ground suffocating for us. Staff is good, best is breakfast they provide. Rest everything is much nearer to their hotel.

Location was the best part- walking distance to the ferry, sunset/sunrise points, and the main strip of hotels/restaurants. Service wise- the biggest notable thing is all the staff we interacted were pushy about demanding a tip. Reception check in and check out were easy. Room- strong smell in bathroom, pillows and towels stained, sheets had holes in them. Some mold/mildew on the bathroom ceiling. One big pro- the room had hot water! Breakfast was okay, the sambar and idli were good. Our room was on the 4th floor and had a sea view which was good. Overall the place could benefit from some work and extra cleaning on the inside.

We booked online through MMT. It seemed like they don't give best rooms to online bookings. They gave us rooms in ground floor and next to kitchen and said those are the only ones available even though they had a bunch of keys with them. During checkin, they informed complimentary breakfast timings are 8-9. As soon as we came back from breakfast around 9am they started harrassing us by calling our rooms repeatedly from 9am, pushing us to checkout. We requested for 10-15 mins as kids were being fed, but they spoke very rudely. One of the guy in reception said you should have packed your bags and taken it to breakfast hall and checked out directly from there!!! I regret having booked our family stay here. The hotel management staff are unprofessional and don't know or don't care how to talk to customers. From their behavior we felt that this hotel is not for decent folks travelling with family and kids. The city of Kanyakumari is amazing - being the southernmost mainland area of our country with sacred Bhagavathy amman temple and divine Vivekananda memorial. And our stay in this hotel was the lowest point of our trip.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
