Staff was polite but the bed and linen were seem to be used and looks like they were not clean after the last customer checked out. I am expecting the owner to take proper care for this.

We booked 2 rooms in the morning on the way to airport for getting fresh up and have some rest. We booked for 3 hours from 7am to 10am. When we reached the hotel, they said there are no rooms left. They made us wait there for 1½ hours and finally told us they will shift us to some other hotel. When we asked for the refund, they said they will give half the amount even after providing the room. We insisted for a full refund. Meanwhile when a person left the hotel, they said you can use that room, without even bothering to clean the room. They provide very bad service. Finally we had to reach out to the booking app and get our refund.

The room was okay. No AC remote, broken fan regulator, no proper electrical outlets. A hell lot of mosquito to ruin your sleep. Bad room service to non existent. Overall spend your money elsewhere, and definitely avoid this place.

Ok ok place. If you didn't bother much about the quality only then go for this property stay. Don't expect much from this budget accommodation hotel. There is lot of things they can improve to give the awesome experience of the budget accommodation. List could be long including bath towels, bathroom utensils, hot water etc etc. Pros - good place to stay to catch flights from Delhi International airport around ₹1000/- budget for a night.

Worst experience of my entire life their service is not good. They don’t treat their customer at well and properly. and this hotel is not like that picture you seen on social media. So don’t believe on pics, go and check out the other hotels and don’t ever dare to come in this hotel. if you visit this hotel you’re going to regret.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
