        What matters the most when you go for a vacation is the Hospitality & Service of the Hotel Management you stay at. The Hospitality & Behaviour of the Hotel Owner(Mr. Purna) and the staffs were really very satisfying! They give their best to make up to all the needs of the customers despite of several challenges. Also you get a clear and wide view of the city and the mighty Kanchenjunga from the terrace.

        The hotel is very good, rooms are well maintained, everything about the hotel is good, food quality is also good enough and waiting time is also just 20-25 minutes, the owner, Purnaji is always ready to help you for anything, very humble person. Only draw back is if there is any one who is suffering from asthma or has breathing problem then it will uncomfortable to reach the hotel from Darjeeling mal by walking because it takes 15 minutes uphill walking. The view from the terrace is just amazing. You don't have to go to anywhere for the mt. Kanchenjunga.

        The rooms are quite beautiful and clean. The bathroom I faced little problem with smell but it was manageable. The view is very very wonderful from the windows. Probably if your luck goes well, you might see KACHANJANGHA. The price is little towards High but as per room quality, you can accept the price to a certain extent. Service is good, no complications. The in-house restaurant is there, prices are okay, items are okay, taste is satisfactory, you may give it a try. The manager's behaviour is good, but not the best. The staff are okay and polite.
