1. The property is 1.5kms from Mehrangarh fort, 1km from Sardar market and 3kms from railway station. 2. It's a heritage property very neat and well maintained. The host is helpful and polite. 3. Food is overpriced considering the portion served. 4. The road leading to the property is narrow and one might get lost finding it. Moreover, for using Ola and Uber you may have to walk a few meters to the main road. Overall it was a nice experience and recommended for people travelling in groups.

Good hotel to stay while in Jodhpur. Owner is very friendly and helpful and always smiling. Most tourist places and market is nearby. View from their rooftop restaurant is good especially at night of lighted fort.

A good hotel to stay in Jodhpur, located on the foot of the hill going to the Jodhpur fort and Jaswant Thada. They have a rooftop restaurant from where one can see the fort, which looks really good in the night. Also the food served was good and so was the service. One can speak to the owner of the hotel, a nice and helpful gentleman, for guidance on places to visit in and around the city. I would definitely recommend this property for

This is not a 3 star hotel. They only give you a room with bathroom. Nothing else. No fridge. No tea/coffee making facilities. No soap/shampoo/hand-wash. Food is below average.

The owner of Om heritage is so hard working he himself check the service quality he himself work as worker in the hotel i was so happy with the service provided by om heritage the room was big and the bathrooms was also big nice breakfast and dinner with great view with rooftop dinner service

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
