Great location but rooms were not that great. Since we were on a family trip, we had booked for 3 rooms for 3 days. Good were clean, but we found bedbug in one of the room, hence, we were relocated to another room the next morning. Rooms had very little to no air circulation. Lift is small and in a very cramped space. Don't book this particular property from Agoda, where it lists Deluxe room with 1 double bed and 1 single bed, whereas in reality it only had 1 double bed. I had to debate and argue with the Receptionist because of this confusion. But he was reluctant to accept it, and was asking me to talk to Agoda customer care, whereas it was their fault, since they have listed the property with misleading information. Staff was very helpful. Since our train was in the evening, we had availed for cloak room service, which was very nice. If you are looking for a value for money hotel, with close proximity to market and other sight-seeing locations, then this hotel is a perfect choice.

The price we paid did not justify our stay here. They have a Vegetarian restaurant at 5th floor which has only two dine in tables in a very cramp rooms. There were not much options for food either. Hot water is only for morning shower for an hour or so. They do not have hot water through the day. Traffic getting to this place is a challenge. If you have no options then only stay here. Very expensive price for the rooms too. Better check online the price before booking.

We took the hotel as a stop over between our flight landing and start of our trip of gujrat. Decent location. We had opted for breakfast in booking but had to start early. Owner provided tea and bread butter toast in early morning as well. Hot water was not there. Very conjusted stairs and lift.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a few issues that prevented me from fully enjoying my stay. Firstly, the hot water took over 10 minutes to arrive, which was frustrating, especially after a long day. Secondly, the air conditioning in my room started leaking water in the middle of the night, causing a huge mess and disrupting my sleep. And, I was disappointed to find that the offline price for room was significantly higher than what was offered online, which felt unfair. Despite these issues, the hotel's location and amenities were impressive, but I would suggest addressing the above concerns to enhance the overall guest experience.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
