Pretty good if we look at prices! Everyone needs economical sort of stuff and I think you can surely go for this hotel. Their services are cool and staff looks towards all needs of customers. Spacious lobby and also they have a big garden area of other entertainment activities too.

the hotel is located at zirakpur about 12 kms away from Chandigarh airport.one can easily get autorickshaw,taxi from airport till hotel,situated roadside so easy to access.also if one wants to go anywhere in Chandigarh there will be no problem of conveyance from here. regarding hotel room i didn't had a very gud experience.i had booked hotel online that had great reviews but in actual the room didn't had so much except for gud working tv and fair room service. the toilet in the room was so nasty and dirty,though they had given basic amenities for bathroom yet if there is no hygiene then there is no use of it. the room was cleaned up on my arrival and bathroom was smelling of urine from previous customer who stayed here,there was no arrangement of bathroom freshener too.though deluxe facilities were just like a ordinary dharmshala.the room didn't had a single window. although they have gud room service yet negative nullify the positive. there was so much chaos,noice in the night that i could hardly sleep well in night. despite for paying rs 1299 for single night plus dinner charges extra i had to check out empty stomach from the hotel because they cannot provide breakfast before 8 a.m. overall i had below average experience here in terms of hotel facilities.there were other customers here who might have gud experience and i don't criticise their review,this is my personal experience and i hope the hotel authorities will use it to improve more in future.

The staying in the Onyx hotel was very pleasant and enjoyable for us. We liked the location very much as this is very close to various cinema halls, supermarket, and airport. The service people everywhere were very nice and polite. We liked the breakfast very much. Rooms were well maintained.. Loved it... Will be back...

Excellent budget hotel and is in close vacinty to the International Airport & on the main highway. Rooms are classy with all basic emminties. Icing on the cake is food quality is excellent & matches any good standalone resturanut. So it's "One stop shop" Recommended for commuters landing at airport & travelling to shimla or other towns of punjab like patiala. It's is close to most of the marriage resorts in zirakhpur, so it is also an ideal place for outstation people attending wedding.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
