        One of the best hotels I have ever been to. The rooms were very well maintained and spacious. The staff was courteous. Room service was great. The food was just cherry on top. I was traveling with my parents and the staff made the stay very comfortable for us. Would definitely visit again.

        We had taken 4 rooms for 2 days from 23rd. The location is at a commercial area having a lots of shops around.The rooms were very cosy and well maintained. They have restaurant and bar. They serve good food for dinner. Breakfast was ok. The area of improvement is They could have kept tea coffee hot milk in flasks so that ppl can take as required. Staff are very courteous. Full marks for service

        Poor. Without our permission they started to clean rooms with their keys when we went out... cold food in buffet... requested for warm food. No response... mosquitoes issue... please do not ask cab help... use ola uber services ...

        One of the best hotels I have ever been to. The rooms were very well maintained and spacious. The staff was courteous. Room service was great. The food was just cherry on top. I was traveling with my parents and the staff made the stay very comfortable for us. Would definitely visit again.

        Hotel rooms are with no lights . U live in the dark here . Service is not upto the mark . They should renovate the bathrooms . Receptionist Must improve the hospitality .

        Our family has been staying at multiple hotels during our current trip in Asia. Oxina Lygon hotel has been one of the best hotel experiences during this trip. While the rooms are unique, clean and high quality, we were particularly quite impressed with the service provided by the restaurant staff here. Ashok went out of his way leaving us with the best hospitality experience one can imagine. The location cannot be beaten and most things are walking distance as well as the buffet breakfast has lots of great tasty choices with awesome staff service /attention to details.           Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.
          For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in.           Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.
          Hotel Cancellation Policy
          User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.
          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.
          Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.
          If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.
          In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
          Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.
          After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
