        Taken almost 2000 per day but rooms are dirty. AC not working. TV not working. For each and every thing you have to ask them to change. Bed sheets were dirty. Room service phone was not working. Only facility which didn't give me any pain that is geyser. Beware of such 3rd class hotel and completely avoid it. 2 of the service boy are not working well but overall this hotel is disgusting.

        Very poor rooms. Dirty.. The bathroom was not well maintained. Long wait for check in. Garbage here and there throughout the hotel. The restaurant doesn't serve breakfast there. Faulty intercom. Damaged doors.

        The room is good. The cleaning services are good. I think it's better than Puri Hotel, Parichay hotel takes half price of ac rooms of Puri Hotel. It has a balcony from where I can see the sea clearly. Rather than Puri Hotel you can choose this, my relatives stayed there and got sick, they got stomach problems and fever as well. I don't recommend you to drink the water that will be given by hotel Parichay, instead of that you can buy bisleri water.

        Rooms are worst at the price rate, walls are cracked and very unhygienic, you can get better rooms in other nearby hotels. Service quality is worst, we have to wait 1 hour for the check-in. The behaviour of managers and staff was horrible and disgusting. Recommendation: don't waste your money in this hotel.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

          If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
