        The hotel is situated on the highway and is easy to access. It is also walkable to distance to Ganga Aarti. The staff is polite and helpful during the stay. The rooms are neat and clean, hygiene is well maintained. Restaurant is good, food is deliciously cooked. Only cons was no shaded parking is available. Dishes are expensive. Also, the room service is bit late and they provide only limited accessories (1 Towel,1 tooth brush ) in the room during the stay. The overall stay was amazing 👏 🙌

        I luv this hotel and would surely stay in it again whenever I get the chance! The best thing about this hotel is its professional staff, hygiene, and yes the beautiful food quality! Ahhh can’t wait to come here again!

        Complimentary Mineral Water is two bottles of Rs. 20 Kinley Water, if you ask for a third bottle, it would be charged at Rs. 63 even though MRP printed on bottle is Rs.20 There is no option to order a customised breakfast as it's charged at standard 350 per person Property is not wheel chair friendly and has high stairs to enter Parking is limited to 2-3 cars, and the remaining cars are parked on the road outside the property The swimming pool is located in basement 2, and the entire room smells of chlorine (did not risk getting in as water looked stale The gym has just two machines (treadmill and cycle) that look like out of order The hotel seems clean, and the rooms are well appointed with central AC and running hot water. However, the bedsheetl/ covers and towels are old and have stains Hotel claims to be a 4-star property and winner of cleanliness award. However, that's not visibly evident . I would rate this Hotel 2star, not-overpriced at 3k per night and reasonably clean when compared to dingy hotels near har-ki-pauri and Kankhal Matress is spring and is overused due to this. Those who have backache, statica, or disc bulge history will find it very uncomfortable The shower / bathroom space is slippery Food is overpriced and, therefore, did not order Swiggy / zomato delivers to this location however Hotel staff is unfriendly and would not permit delivery officers to enter the hotel and force guests to come to the main gate and collect orders Hotel staff is not rude but not welcoming as well, and it seems like hotel management forces them to police the guests, and hotel policies by design are rude Lift has a notice directing guests to avoid using lift and ordering that stairs should be used instead (although we were not forced to follow this rule ) You are not permitted to carry towels outside the property, so bring your own when going for a dip in ganges, and there is no provision in room to dry wet towel / clothes

        Very poor rooms. Dirty toilets. No room service. We used bucket below wash basin to stop water. Avoid stay.

        Hidden charges. Child was just 9 years old and we have not sought for extra bed. We have selected child and was removed by agoda while booking and it is believed that is just for information. Have visited more than 100 hotels so far and nobody took charges for kid. Just came from hotel grace rishikesh. All money making exercise. Hotel policy says that 6 years is an adult. Please make sure of all hidden charges while booking
