This used to be my usual boarding place few years back. I am visiting this hotel after many years now. They used to provide complimentary breakfast which is stopped now. They used to provide complimentary bottled water which is stopped now. The room did not have adequate towels and toiletries. The rooms were maintained clean, the hotel has a good view of the temple. The location is best suited for shopping, restaurants, and temple. Walkable distance from the railway station. Parking might be a problem when the hotel is full. Need to work on some improvements.

Stayed at this hotel during our trip to Madurai last week. We had stayed here during a previous trip around 6 yrs back. A very comfortable and cozy place. The staff were very helpful. I remember that there used to be an in house restaurant last time, which is now closed.

Nice rooms, good location. Clean rooms, clean toilets. No room service, no breakfast. Lot of eating options nearby. Value for money. Good for work based travellers.

This is the second time we have chosen this hotel in Madurai. It is very convenient and near to Railway stn, rooms are spacious and airy. Meenakshi Amman temple is not far off. The only negatives this time 1) In house restaurant is not functioning. 2) Air conditioner makes a lot of noise.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
