Hotel Review: Varanasi Stay 1. Introduction:- I recently visited Varanasi for a short 2-day stay. My accommodation was booked through Make My Trip. 2. Booking Process:- The booking process through Make My Trip was seamless. However, there was a discrepancy during check-in regarding an extra sheet added during booking. I was surprised to be charged extra for it. 3. Check-in Experience:- Unfortunately, there was a lack of clarity with the staff regarding my booking details. The additional charge for the extra sheet, which was included during the booking process, was unexpected. 4. Service and Staff:- The service and staff provided average services. The absence of room cleaning over the course of 2 days was surprising and somewhat disappointing. 5. Facilities and Amenities:- The facilities and amenities provided were decent considering the cost of the stay. 6. Value for Money:- It's challenging to affirm that this hotel provides full value for money. Comparable establishments in the same price range offer better services. The facilities seem relatively expensive compared to the services provided. 7. Cleanliness and Safety Measures:- Cleanliness and safety measures were found to be average. Room services during the day were limited, impacting overall cleanliness. 8. Recommendation:- Considering the points mentioned above, I would recommend keeping this hotel as a last choice for accommodation. 9. Rating:- Based on my experience, I would rate this hotel 2.5/5.

I am passing by this hotel at midnight, i am thirsty so I stopped at this hotel to buy a water bottle, their employees charge me 42 for a 20 rs clear company cheap class water bottle, i am thirsty and at midnight, So these people took advantage of my helplessness. It is too bad for any institution or business.

The hotel also had excellent facilities. I made good use of these amenities during my stay and was impressed with the quality of the equipment and the professionalism of the staff. In conclusion, my experience at Hotel Parque Inn was exceptional. From the attentive staff to the comfortable rooms and excellent dining options, everything exceeded my expectations.

Excellent place to spend a vacation in Varanasi with family. Staffs are very polite and friendly. Rooms were very comfortable and the bathrooms too were very clean. Food and drinks were very delicious and hygiene was also maintained properly. Overall if you are looking for a place to stay in Varanasi this hotel is a superb choice to.

Hotel Parque Inn in Varanasi is a nice hotel with spacious rooms. Rooms are clean and neat. The rooms are so big that nearly three to four persons can conveniently stay.Pricing of the rooms are reasonable. Overall a nice hotel with surrounding shops and eatables.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
