The staff is lovely and food in the restaurant is great however the pictures for advertising the rooms don't even get close to what you stay in. Our room had no window, was dated and filthy. I want to at least have a clean bed when I stay in a hotel but the throw pillow had white stains - it was absolutely disgusting. The bathroom was clean though. Overall the price is way too high for what you get here. Would expect half the price for the condition the room was in and that they have no windows is very bad. Thanks to the lovely staff we did enjoy our stay though but we won't come back to this hotel. Wouldn't recommend unless they update their rooms and keep them clean. Giving two stars only for the staff and food, the rooms don't deserve any. .

Staff is lovely and so helpful. I have absolutely no complaints there and I’m grateful that they welcomed us in Varanasi! But the rooms are really not that great. They are old and have dirty corners (although I think the staff does great at keeping the place clean, no issues with the toilet, bathroom, beds, etc). It’s just the rooms feel dilapidated, and the price point is really high. I felt like I paid too much for what this is. Also want to mention that the food at the hotel’s restaurant is wonderful! We had lunch there every day that we stayed and enjoyed it very much.

Rooms were dirty and poorly maintained, the pillow covers had stains 🤢. The pictures on there website is nothing like the actual room, rooms are dated. Not worth the price we paid. I don't know how this is a 4 star. The staff is nice. Check-in was smooth.

The hotel is good and at the correct location. Rooms are old , (although I think the staff does great at keeping the place clean, with no issues with the toilet, bathroom, beds, etc). Sohan did a great job and was so helpful in communicating and serving. The food at the hotel’s restaurant is good! We had dinner and breakfast, and we enjoyed the stay a lot.

This is a hotel with lots of pluses. It’s really a 3.5 star facility. Location excellent. Great restaurant. Excellent service. A bit funky in bathrooms. No hot water one day. Short electric blackout next day. I’d stay again despite those comments.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
