The sevices offered by them are really good coming to food breakfast is good. Lunch items we tried friedrice and pulka are good snacks item veg nuggets are not up to the expectation. They have to concentrate more on cleanliness and hygiene in the coffee offered flasks..

First they tried to rip me off with a small smelly noisy room with lorries being loaded all night outside the window, after I'd paid for a suite, and then manager did rip me (and driver) off with 2 payments for supposed tour and airport taxi. Boys that worked there helpful and food good, hence the star.

I stayed at Hotel Pearl International for 3 days in January 2023. I was overall happy with my stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which offered a variety of Indian and Western dishes. One negative aspect of my stay was that the Wi-Fi was slow and unreliable. I also found that the hotel was a bit noisy at times, due to its location in the city center. Overall, I would recommend Hotel Pearl International to travelers looking for a clean and comfortable hotel in a convenient location in Chennai. Located 20 mins from Chennai Central. No proper road, just a narrow path through a dirty slum. Long wait for checking in. Reception staff not at the front desk. Need training.

It's a very good hotel located just opp to central Station. Very convenient location. The staff is very good very polite and very co operative. Rooms are good and spacious. Service is prompt. Breakfast and food is also good

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
