        My experience with this hotel was extremely disappointing. Despite making a prior phone booking, they failed to hold the room as promised.They insisted that they would only provide a room if one happened to be available at that exact moment. This is beyond unprofessional and unacceptable. My advice: don't trust their phone reservations, book online, or look elsewhere for a more reliable option. Zero stars for their broken promises

        It’s worst hotel in Madurai, reception staff is most corrupt, they demand cash for early check in & don’t give any receipt. At checkout also they want extra money against checkout time of 12 pm. Shouldn’t waste money & time on such useless hotels.

        If you are taking Non Ac room they will give you room on top floor, that room was too much hot, like you pay for taking punishment. I staying 1 night, full night not sleeping because of room temperature. You could not open the window because pigpens are outside the window. Never visited again this place.

          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
