I had an incredible experience at this hotel! The staff was exceptionally attentive and friendly, always ready to assist with a smile, Specially Govind.. The rooms were beautifully appointed and immaculately clean. The amenities were top-notch, from the Garden with breathtaking views. The dining options were exquisite, offering a wide range of delectable dishes. Overall, my stay was nothing short of perfection, and I can't wait to return for another unforgettable visit!

Food and service is good at this hotel otherwise it is not worth for the price. The bed sheets were very dirty but they replaced when complained. We paid 4500 per night for superior room and we’re not expecting such a bad experience. Whey customer has to complain about cleanliness then only you will take care. If you are charging such a heavy amount for a non star budget hotel, are you not suppose to ensure that you replace bed covers and bed sheets once the previous gusts have checked out

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Phoenix in Mussoorie, and I can't say enough good things about my experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm and welcoming staff who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The hotel's location is absolutely stunning, offering breathtaking views of the Himalayas and the surrounding natural beauty of Mussoorie. I couldn't get enough of the scenic beauty from my room's balcony. The rooms themselves were spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with modern amenities that made my stay enjoyable. The comfortable bed ensured a restful night's sleep, and the in-room dining service provided delicious meals right to my doorstep. One of the standout features of Hotel Phoenix was the excellent food. The on-site restaurant served a variety of delectable dishes, from local cuisine to international favorites. Every meal was a culinary delight. The hotel also had a range of amenities, Overall, Hotel Phoenix in Mussoorie exceeded my expectations in every way. It's the perfect choice for those seeking a luxurious and peaceful retreat in the lap of nature. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Mussoorie and looking for a memorable experience. Everything at this hotel was amazing. The staff was very co-operative especially Mr. Govind, food was just too delicious and room service was very fast. The hotel was very clean and it was a very comfortable stay. Will stay again here when I visit again. My go to hotel from now on in Mussoorie.

Great view and reasonable prices. Hot water was not available during the night and the sofa was a bit dirty otherwise everything else was fine

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
