The non-veg restaurant situated in 5th floor it’s kind of an open terrace feeling. We ordered chicken briyani along with that rubber band also served. Luckily my kid escaped eating that. No life safety food served here. Briyani gravy served with hair and asked them to replace but one staring look to get new one.

I booked party hall for a family function. Party hall was good and maintained well. But it doesn't have four wheeler parking to mange the function crowd at all. They will say they have vallet parking, but will not do that, just a false commitment. They only ask our guests to park here and there, most of them will be new to the place which they cant manage. The room allocated for us to stay was worst, AC didn't work properly, no fan neither. Toilet gun was repair and its too short as well. I informed several times not to allot that room , they said yes and finally allotted the same room, again a false commitment. Food was ok but slightly over priced for the locality. AC in the dining was also poor. Service was not at all good, they will say something and do different. Not recommended to take a party hall here. However try to get things in written if you are agreeing anything here at-least.

Instead we could stay in some lodge. We have to ask for even bucket. Even after booking room is not cleaned and made ready. This hotel is not worth for these much fare.. No TV too.. If you are giving reply with sorry, welcome again , like that. pls keep those nonsence reply with your self. Wasted Money.

Rooms not properly cleaned and bed was in bad condition. Very very bad room condition and balcony was really worst. Very bad, don't ever try this hotel.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
