Nice location and rooms are good but can be improved in few things ..like washroom has low water pressure...can be modernized

The hotel is one of my worst experiences of my life. They are a mess and have no coordination or a system in place. The manager, sales lady eveyrbody is absolutely worst in hospitality and do not treat their own employees well. I heard them on multiple occassions shouting at their staff in front og the guests. The rooms are tiny. Everything is very old. Towels are torn, the showers and all equipments are old. The bathroom has stains. THE WORST IS YOU NEVER GET TO SLEEP. THERE IS LOUD MUSIC PLAYED EVERYDAY UNTIL MIDNIGHT. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I don't know why there aren't more reviews on Hotel Plaza. This hotel is located near Ambedkar Garden in an alley by the side of Geeta Bhavan. I stayed for a day in Dec 2023 and found this hotel a pleasant surprise in term of room comfort, check in efficiency and courtesy and house keeping service. It is a budget hotel - efficient for a business traveller but temper expectations vis a vis a 4/5 star hotel. Also the location is a winner with everything in Chembur market closeby.
