Locality is good. Peaking available. Pros: They gave us the room. They gave us breakfast. Cons: Very very minimal staff, all the services availability fully ignored. (This the problem of low cost management). No one serious about cleanliness. Unclean bedsheets. Dusty rooms filled with hairs all around in room. Had to change the room, second room cleaner than earlier room.

Rooms have gone down very badly. Bedlinen very dirty,I had to call them to change it. Bathroom is dirty with corroded taps, bathroom commode is very dirty. There is water leakage continuously. The management has to take a very serious view and do a complete renovation. Sad this hotel has run down so badly in a short span of time. I stayed here few years back , thinking that it will be neat like last time, I came back to this same place, and iam totally disappointed.

We stayed there for 2 nights. And we checked in on the first night , stayed and checked out in the morning- went for darshan. Then again checked in the second night and checked out the next morning. First night stay was so good that we came back to the hotel next night. The second night was extremely bad. Good things first: - room is clean with a clean and large bathroom - breakfast is spread is sufficient and fresh food. Service is good ( there is Bengali guy who is specially good) Now for the bad: - room service people are loud and rude - parking is difficult - the security guy on the second day didn't even help with the luggage ( but was prompt to ask tip when checking out) - they sell the same room as delux and executive and charge 1k more for the executive .why? Coz apparently they have renovated the bathroom and they also provide dental kit - we were 3 adults and a child first day they gave us 4 bottles of water but when we were staying at the executive room the room service guy asked us for extra money for 2 additional bottles - front office executives are inefficient and slow. - overall service is not good except the breakfast Location is good as it's next to the Tirupathi bus station Do I recommend this place ..no Will I stay here again..NO

Looks like grand exterior but rooms are mediocre. Food was only below average. It's just opposite to bus stand so easy point for commute. Not advisable for stay maybe just for refreshing.

We booked sea bird for thirupathi package, they took us to this hotel,Room are not good, it is like very old, in bathroom water was not going out, it was overflowing in bathroom itself, when we asked for that they told you should inform starting only. Food also below average only.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
