        Worst hotel experience ever …. Don’t get fooled by pictures of property on Google. Those pictures are 7 years old. I was travelling with my old mother to Amritsar. The room allotted to me was in poor condition. Even worse was the room service. Despite multiple calls and even personal multiple visits to reception, the hotel people failed to provide me drinking water and tea. There was no provision of dental kit and bathing kit. Please refrain from this property.

        1 of the worst hotels ever. It is not even fit for staying. Full of cockroaches and exposed wires. Washroom slippery and leaking. Food is also bad. I checked in late & informed beforehand but when i reached at 3.30pm rooms not ready. Had to wait an hour before I could get the room. I got locked in the room because the door lock was spoiled when finally got it opened one of the staff claimed that I did not know how to open the door as now it was working. I even have a video and yet I was called a liar. Only reason I actually continued staying is because 1) already paid and it’s non refundable & 2) everywhere else was fully booked. Don’t be fooled by the exterior. The interior & staff & management is definitely one of the worst nightmares ever!

        The hotel is extremely dirty and poorly managed.The hotel seriously needs to evaluate options for improving general cleanliness.Had one of the worst experience in my life.Staff are terrible....front desk guys were assuring for the good service, but didn't even bother.i went with family and they have no consideration...rooms are worst quality. Room was dust central, dust had settled everywhere. Only 1 thing for giving 5 star is "Location" I wanted to write more but i think it is waste of time.

        Overall experience is WOW (Worst of worst.) Now detail is as below, I have stayed 3 nights and in all nights faced issues. I had written exact scenario of hotel in this review today in afternoon but later hotel owner and manager came to my room and apologies for the miss happened and they both ensured that nothing will get happen now and asked to delete review and same was done by me . But despite of commitment situation is same. Now I have ordered chilly chicken boneless but they given with bone. Later after having word kitchen team they said it's because of owner instruction only to haraas customer. This is an worstest hotel, hot water to bath is not available at all despite of several escalation on call for all 3 days and night. Customer service is very bad, for one water bottle they take 1 hour to deliver. Room is spacious but maintenence is zero. Room has used condom packet which is shown to manager madam MS. P....... also. There is no option so could not upload picture here. Whitewas quality is very bad. Basic amenities is not provided like comb,shampoo ND all. They are charging 2k but the type of service/ situation this not should be cost more 1K. There are more worst/ bad experience to share but I don't want personally to do. Requested all not to book this. They literally hamper your business and personal trip and also hamper your mental health with this type of experience.

        Stayed here for two nights, had a very decent stay. The food and service is very good, all thanks to staff. The food is really delicious & must try.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.
