I have been staying st the Prasanth Hotel for almost 1 month. The Manager and all the staff have been very very kind and helpful. Buffet breakfast is very rich and most tasty. My room is very clean and quiet. I can recommend Hotel Prasanth to everybody, both Indians and foreigners. I will come back Maria G.S. Italy

How can this been so peaceful , i lost my helmet just now 26/01/2024 and its been soo disgusting like i lost my 1 day salary because of this chilling here in prasanth bar , after work i enter here b/wn 05:00pm to 7 :00 pm i lost my helmet here in the parking weather here 1 security who was not even responsible for his work , at the time of parking he was insulting and i was totally down , whn i spend some time and i was out after 7 and when i check my vehicle i lost my helmet . The security person who was totally include in this crime and this was such a planed crime . Never go down this hotel this is strictly not user friendly type . How could you explain in this .

Haven't stayed there, but went for a function in the first floor hall. Neat and clean throughout, with very co-operative staff. Though the parking space is limited, the security managed to adjust all vehicles. Very close to the city.

We chose Prasanth hotel for our family function and that was a right decision. Facilities and food served were really good and satisfying. Staffs were friendly and provided the good service. Appreciating the service provided by the marketing manager Vijayakumar Madhavan sir and hotel management on maintaining the good customer service and affordability. Will consider Prasanth hotel for our future events.

On1st Jan 2024, attended the new year celebrations at Prasanth Hotel, Thiruvananthapuram.As far as I am concerned, the new year event was a wonderful, amazing, awesome one. The elegantly arranged dias, registration counter, exemplary co ordination of Music Band, scrupulously earmarked selective tables for Guests, tasting food & bewerages -everything wonderfully organised & guided by the Manager, Mr: Sajeev. An amazing musical night carried out on the same new year night and Mr: Sajeev had given me wonderful opportunities to perform a series of songs alongwith the band in front of the class audience guests. All the programmes including magical show, Games, etc were co ordinated systematically within the stipulated time frame & schedule. All the distinguished guests were in a really dreamy world, enjoyed the Happy New Year-2024 event. The hall is extremely comfortable to accomodate nearly 100 guests. The New Year Dinner rate per person is also very reasonable. Ambience, Amenities extra ordinarily good. An unforgettable experience in 2024 New Year and I strongly recommend Prasanth Hotel, Thiruvananthapuram Ratheesh Kottaram, Former Senior Executive Engineer, Cine Play Back Singer,Guinness World Record Holder for Online Vedio Relay Singing. ❤❤❤🥰🥰🥰🥰😍😍😍😍😍😍😍🙏👍👍👍

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Please be informed that your bank may debit its own separate charges from refunds made to your credit card or bank account.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
