Pathetic hotel, dont ever book your stay here i booked my stay 2 months before but 2 days before my check in dates they cancelled my whole booking and they does not have a proper answer also nor do they will pick up your phone

Premium Hotel is a sea facing hotel which exudes luxury in its every gesture. Jethibai Bus station is at a mere walking distance of 220 m while Diu Airport is 6 km away from the property. Somnath Railway Station is the nearest station to this region. Guests can visit Naida Caves (1 km), Diu Fort (2 km), I.N.S. Khukery (2 km), St Paul Church (2 km), Gangeshwar Mahadev Temple (3 km) and many more places. Room amenities: Guests can choose from different rooms as per their choice. They are elegantly styled. All rooms are brightly lit and equipped with television and all modern amenities ensuring travelers have a comfortable and luxurious stay at the hotel. Attached bathrooms with basic toiletries and hot and cold running water are provided in all rooms. Hotel Facilities: Guests can avail laundry and Wi-Fi facility at the hotel. For guests convenience, front desk and room service are provided. Parking is also available at the hotel. In case of emergency, they can avail doctor on call facility. Travelers can plan their outings with the help of travel desk. Dining: The restaurant is situated on the Diu island which provides an excellent view of sea while guests enjoy their mouth-watering delicacies.

We stay here monthly twice regularly. And all the time staff is behaving like family and cooperating like anything. Safty 5* Service 5* Parking 5* Staff 5* Room cleaning * A.C perfect Hot water perfect. After all preferable blindly.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
