My favorite place to stay whenever I visit Kerala for the past 30 years. Their staff at reception are courteous & both their room service & the food is excellent. The location is walkable distance from Ernakulam North Station, hence traveling locally becomes easy. Have recommended this place to my friends in US & they have enjoyed their stay too.

Wonderful experience for the Residential Conference organised by us from 5th to 9th December 2023. Service Excellent. Behaviour outstanding. Rooms quality and location outstanding. Food very samptous. I extend our heartiest gratitude to Mr Thomas and his entire team for handling the group excellently. Mr Thomas with his descent attitude and approach towards guests is an asset to any any organisation. I have been going to this grand Hotel since 2006. Never disappoints. There is a feeling of continous improvement always. The pools, conference rooms and the restaurants, most importantly the location is excellent. Take this coming from a regular traveller. Keep it up lads
