I am so happy to share my thoughts and review of my stay in this hotel for 2D/3N. Hotel Rooms were nice and huge for a wonderful vacation. You can enjoy your stay here with your family. Food is available at reasonable rates where you can choose from the Gujarati, North Indian and English varieties. Items which I ate and felt really ordering again has been mentioned below: Breakfast 1. Aloo and Poori subji (Felt like bhandarey wali subji with soft and krispy poori) 2. Upma (Worthy food and something light to begin your day) Desert 3. All variety of Paranthas (No one can eat just one) Lunch/Dinner 1. Dal Makhni(My kid loved it to core and ensured everytime it is available for him in lunch and dinner) 2. Dum Aloo(Something which is not preferred by many but seriously worth a try) 3. Khichdi(This helps when you want something lighter for your tummy) 4. Palak Paneer(This was so fresh that could have easily ordered it again) Chinese 1. Veg Fried Rice(Something different you wanted to eat not spicy and light to tummy) Snacks 1. Masala Papad (If you like a spicy snack in evening) 2.French Fries (Kids love them and sometimes we too) 3. Veg Cutlet (Nice stuffy thing for your tummy which was crisp and tasty) Desert 1. Suji ka Halwa(It was an icing on cake when it melted like butter in my mouth) Staff was very nice, caring and cooperative who will make your stay more comfortable. Last but not the least most sightseeing location are near to the hotel as it is near to Gandhi Chowk.

Stay experience was good. Suggession to provide menu tags on each menu on buffet. Also please fix electric boards. It's not that trouble making, but just a suggestion. Thanks for making our stay awesome

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
