We stayed here in December. We stayed in room 104 and 110. The rooms are very suffocating. No ventilation. It was smelling weird. Lots of mosquitoes. AC didn't work properly. Parking is there but congested. Only advantage is near to temple.

Rooms are good and spacious. Service is good but can be made better. Water bottles for the guest in the room can be given with two of each 1litre bottles since water is insufficient right now which they give. Location wise is at main road and parking facility available. Easy accessibility to the Meenakshi Amman temple.

Staff and Service is very fast and good. Location is okay. In tourists place like Madhurai Hotels are all over the city. Food Option near Railway Station is better than this place. Room is very small. Managing luggage was very annoying. Too much mosquitoes. In our stay room there was cockroach also. Not for long stay. Not for high priced stay

The worst stay experience in my recent past! I stayed there from 22-Nov-23 to 24-Nov-23. (Room No 105) The room was filled with Mosquito. Not enough space to keep your luggage/bags (if you are carrying more than one bag). A tiny washbasin is fitted in one corner of the room. I had to put lots of effort not to spread water in the room. The washroom was pathetic! There's no practice of cleaning the room on a daily basis . Only one staff was available for house keeping. I had asked for an iron box at the time of check in. Since there's no option to hang the clothes, they agreed to get it by next day 7 AM.When I called in the morning, the response was "we have only one iron box which I gave to another guest. I completely forgot your case. Now the guest is out for temple visit. Wait for few hours for the guest to come back". I had no other choice than dropping the idea of getting service from hotel staff. No words to describe the condition of restaurant. Better to skip breakfast than having it from here. If anyone is booking this hotel, please carry below items 1. Mosquito bat (mandatory) 2. Water bottles (they will give only 1 litre of water for the entire duration of your stay) 3. Extra chappal (optional) 4. Iron box (if required) 5. Tissue paper 6. Own set up to hang the clothes 7. Water heater (hot water option is available only in web site, not in reality)

Parking feedback was extremely bad and not acceptable, due to Rate bite in hotel parking areas. My car fuel tank has destroyed and we forced to go to service centre and it took 4 hrs almost to repair my car. And 4000 I paid for this. Because of this they should keep cleaning and past control in their parking area and it's for hygiene also they should take care. So this is serious issue

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
