Excellent budget hotel near new delhi railway station. I stayed there for 2 nights Rooms are neat and clean. Staff are polite and cooperative. The only con is their food, which needs a lot of improvement. Also the road to the hotel is very congested. Otherwise, it is a great budget option in paharganj area.

It's budget friendly hotel and I agree to compromise on amenities but not on cleanliness and safety Room was not clean Bathroom was so dirty Window did not have safety grills and window locks were open, thank I locked before going to bed, otherwise it too unsafe on ground floor

I encountered a couple of rude staff members during my stay. It's disappointing when you're treated with indifference by the very people who should be ensuring your comfort. I booked this hotel through online platform.When I reached hotel they denied to check in because they have already given the room to someone else. Don't book this hotel through any platform , also the staff is too much rude. They dont have manner to talk with customers. Worst hotel staff experience of my life. Also the most of the good reviews are fake.

Fraud hotel they don't allow me to stay even I booked and paid for the same. They told me no rooms available and very bad staffs non cooperative. I suggest that no one should use choose this hotel just for the shake of money.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
