Last night we stayed in Hotel Raj with our family. The mood had gone down a bit after seeing the way to the hotel, but as soon as we reached the hotel, we felt much more happy Hotel bhot hi khubsurat tha. As much as it was beautiful from outside, it was equally beautiful from inside too. We reached the reception area and reached the entrance There are stairs and lift too. I liked the parking area in that hotel very much. You also get a dining area where you can eat There is also an aquarium which children will love. There is also a play space for children. Safe for children.

Disgusting hotel. Can't give 0 bcause that's what they deserve. We book 2 rooms for 2 days. But experience was horrible. Never seen such foolish management in my life. 1: AC not working in one room. Complaint it but no budy bother to check throughout the stay. 2: There is no jet pump for Western toilets 3: TV not working. 4: Broken WC 5. Water coming into room from seeling. 6: Not even water bottle available. We need to buy from outside. 7: Elevator not working most of time. If somebody is lucky enough to read this review, please don't go ..it's wastage of money and you will find many good hotels with less prise 8: I stayed there from 1st May to 3rd May and it was my worst experience ever.

Location of the hotel is very good, nearby Mansa Devi Ropeway and Har ki Pauri. Staff and service is very good, the staff is extremely polite and helpful. The rooms a bit narrower otherwise everything is top notch.

Good staff specially anoop ji Sumit ji and Ashu ji. Very helpful and good behaving. Rooms very clean , large, all facilities and hotel very beautiful. Market is near by Mansa Devi temple near by and ganga ghat near by. I recommend the hotel

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
