Wow, I had an incredible stay at this hotel! The staff was so friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities I needed. The location was perfect, with breathtaking views and easy access to nearby attractions. The food at the hotel's restaurant was absolutely delicious, and the service was top-notch. I recently stayed at a hotel and was extremely pleased with the service I received. From the moment I checked in, the staff was attentive, courteous, and accommodating. They were quick to address any questions or requests I had. The room was impeccably clean and well-maintained, and I was impressed with the attention to detail in housekeeping. The hotel's restaurant served delicious meals, and the service there was top-notch as well. What stood out the most was the concierge service. They went above and beyond to help me with recommendations and reservations, making my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, the service at this hotel was outstanding, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant and comfortable stay. Jain family three couple visited this hotel on 20/01/2024 to 23/01/2024. Bad hospitality cost 4 star but providing less than 3 star facility. No personal hotel car parking, no doormetry available, no welcome in the hotel. Ask for full amount deposit in spite of 50% advance at check in. No mobile charging point in the room, shortage of hot water supply by bucket. Breakfast menu not much option.

All things considered, the warm rooms, first-rate restaurant, and charming rooftop patio of Hotel Rajasthan Palace provide a pleasant and inviting stay. It's a fantastic option for both business and leisure tourists because of the helpful personnel and handy location. On my next trip to the city, I would definitely think about staying here once more. A true gem was the rooftop patio of the hotel. It was the ideal spot to relax after a strenuous day of sightseeing because it included a lovely pool and lots of lounge chairs.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
