I had lunch here and the thali rate was 500Rs for adults and 300Rs for kids . Thali was too expensive and the food was ordinary. Nothing special or noteworthy about any of the dishes or taste of the food. One can go here if you don't have any other option.

Hello sir Just checking in the premises There is no Toth brush avilable..... Breakfast is so limited.... Only eated Bread..... Dosa chatni and sambar was so salted...... No fruit juice.... No sweet in breakfast Aloo bhaji with dosa......compare to other hotels Breakfast was not good.... Still we are there for 2 days.....if breakfast will be like this way its very disappointed Not happy with breakfast.......

Mahabaleshwar is very very over populated by tourists due to winter holidays. The food joints are not coping with demand , they are diluting their food served. But Rajesh is Standing tall with best food quality , best passenger service , very rich quality of rooms at really reasonable prices

I have stayed here for 4N/5D and the services are absolutely dam good... Staff is co operative... We have taken Breakfast as a meal and that was dam good... Very nice atmosphere to stay cool apart from hotels in market which are a bit noicy.. Rooms are good... Its a very old hotel but would rate them more than 10 out of 5... Hats off management team to the maintain this kind of eco friendly atmosphere... Main reason of choosing Rajesh Hotel is that this is Pure Veg Hotel... Everyday there is a different menu in breakfast... And the taste is also the same as Mumbai from which i am from... Thank you once again... Would like other's also to Visit...

It's all about being near the market & restaurants. It's a very old hotel like it might be there since the start of Mahabaleshwar being tourist place. The old building rooms are very dingy but the new building or the premium suits are good with balcony, private entrance, Bathtub, Hall, sitting area, 24hrs hot water etc etc. The drawbacks are they don't provide the room service as it's far from the kitchen 🙄, Game room is in bad condition, and Al carte food is very expensive.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
