This is a good budget hotel and value for money. I have stayed here previously and this was my second visit. My stay was pleasant except for the fact that there was a small cockroach in the room. Housekeeping staff does a good job but some more attention could be paid towards pest control. The hotel decor looks a little run down but everything works fine. There is sufficient parking space although manoeuvring the car could be a little tricky as the space is a bit tight. The restaurant food is good but dishes are a bit on the oilier side. The staff is courteous and service is good. Location of the hotel is prime as its in the heart of the city. Overall I can definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a mid range budget hotel with parking and good food. This hotel owners/management also have another hotel nearby called 'Yatrik Hotel' which is much more cheaper than this one.

Hotel is good, food is good, *IMPORTANT * dear management please check the guest who are coming to you hotel. The ill mannered guest had totally disturbed our happiness and given trouble to staff. Very sorry to say but still there are people like this who instead of spreading happiness spread hate in the society Check there name and remove them from your guest list. At Last GOOD FOOD, GOOD AMBIENCE AND GOOD STAFF. India is still behind due to these people

Stayed at this place for a night with family. Location is excellent. Restaurant is good too. The duty manager took our requirements accurately and gave exactly what we wanted in food. The room doors are a bit closer to the door frame, so there could be risk of injuring the fingers. So, management should look into this aspect. Other than that, rooms were adequately spacious, and had kettle, toileteries and towels.

Have been frequenting this place since a while now. The are having their restaurant, which serves delicious delicacies. Have a wide range of breakfast options too. It's having a strategic location at Mumbai Naka, which is convenient for travelers traveling to Trambakeshwar, Shirdi etc. However it's time they should enhance their interiors, including Rooms, facilities in rooms now.

V stayed for 2 nights. Location is great. Very close to bus stop mumbai naka for mumbai visitors. Also nearby there r plenty of restaurants to explore. Cleanliness wise this hotel tops the charts. Excellent staff and breakfast has lot of variety. Good hotel with budget friendly rates. I would highly recommend this place for family.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
