Location is key for this hotel, just next to taxi stand on Gandhi road.. Hotel is undergoing many repair works so some rooms may face noise problem. Currently it looks like an overused property, needs fresh coat of paint and repair work. Rooms are big enough having modern features, go for Mountain View rooms. Breakfast was complementary for our booking and food was awesome. But we found the room service to be quite slow

The best location to start your Darjeeling trip! The hotel looks stunning, I've booked a mountain view room, and the view was stunning: one side the Clock Tower, the other side you can see the Kangchenjunga. The room was spacious, well equipped, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom had a bathtub. If you book this hotel, don't miss out on their breakfast, 100% worth it, it offers both Indian and intercontinental cuisine, all freshly made. Special thanks to the staff on the reception and the dining services, they really made our vacation carefree and enjoyable!

Conveniently located right above the taxi stand, Ramada is probably the best hotel in Darjeeling, especially for people who come here for work and not holiday. You can see the hills and market from the room. There are other properties with much better views but the quality of service at Ramada is consistent and reliable. Food is good too although I found the menu very limiting with just one page of standard items. Quality, hygiene and presentation is good nevertheless. Rooms are spacious and have bathtub which is great for relaxing after a tiring day walking up and down the hills. I booked it through MakeMyTrip at last moment and room was ready in under 5 mins.

One of the best hotels in Darjeeling Rooms are fantastic. There is Lift facility. The staff members are very helpful.This hotel has a parking place. Swimming pool and gymnasium is added facilities to this lovely hotel. Location is the best that you can have. It is only minutes away from the Mall.I would recommend the superior Rooms with balcony. Breakfast is sumptuous. But food quality for lunch or dinner is not up to the mark.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
