        Overall decent rooms. The let down for me was they don't have 24*7 hot water as they have a very centralised solar system it seems. The hot water comes only between 5am to 9am. I am wondering if someone check-ins after 12pm , then they have no choice than taking the cold shower. They didn't inform this to me while booking.

        It is worst, please everyone read this review then decide to book this hotel. I planned 4 days trip to Madurai and rameswaram, it went too good until I reached this hotel. I booked family suite for 4 memebers. First thing room is so bad smell and beds with bed bugs, ripped blankets, bed sheets with lot of stains. And please don’t dream about breakfast included, it is one idly one small vada and one small dosa kind but not dosa. We did checkin around 7 pm, when I step in the washroom first time I saw the WC toilet cap broken and informed reception and some plumber came with hammer and did something. Around midnight when I heard some sound and saw toilet broken and on floor. Informed the same thing around 5.40 am and asked to change the room as it is smelling too bad. Then I was shocked when the reception was asked us to use staff toilet for 3 ladies shower. He didn’t even feel sorry for inconvenience caused to us and when I asked for separate room he was very aggressive and said no rooms available. Then I said I don’t use the staff toilet and washroom. Then after some time he came and said use another room toilet. We used. Finally, when I informed management about the bad service and inconvenience what we faced the way he spoke to me was disgusting, he said “you don’t know how to use western toilet and that’s why it’s broken.         Not advisable. Rooms have foul smell were not cleaned properly. Rooms were having smoking smell. We asked them to look into the matter they just sprayed room freshner. No toilet paper. The most important thing breakfast is not good. They just give one idli one Vada one spoon pongal two dosa uttapam kind smaller than idli and cannot take more just that's it.

        Good hotel.. we had night stay only but the room was really good for the money charged. Restaurant is rather costly and its upto each customer to like it or dislike .

        I booked for 1 day, due to some reason I extend the check out time for 2 hours, they called me one hour before the check out time and asked, when you going to check out, I said I will extend for 2 hour and I will pay for it, they said ok. when the time of check out they demanded me for full amount and behaved rudely, in that situation I didn't able to anything due to time constraint. I stayed for 1 day but I paid for 2 days amount just for extending the check out time for 2 hours. They don't have proper car parking. So people think twice before you book this hotel...

          Booking Policy

          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
