        PROS: >Centrally located >One litre complimentary bottled water per day per guest CONS: >Didn't provide twin beds on arrival after requested for 24hrs prior and confirmed via WhatsApp >AC wasn't working so further delay by hotel staff to provide an alternative >Quilt had stains, smelt musky and had an odour of eggs >Toilet wasn't sanitized before providing the room, had previous guests hair on the floor >Tiny cockroaches in room >Dirty walls and surfaces, broken fixtures >No/poor view from room window due to close proximity of neighbouring building >Commode leak on flushing >Water dripping from ceiling onto the dining tables/plates at the restaurant >Mostly discourteous staff with an exception or two >Car park in public area by roadside This is supposed to be a 3-star hotel! While they claim the 3-star title/category and charge 3-star prices, the experience is likened to that of a lodge and I would never stay here again nor ever recommend anyone else to. There are other better-priced, newer and cleaner hotels around.

        We tried the Hotel Regalia restaurant for the first time last night and the food was great, freshly cooked very tasty and we'll presented. The waiters were attentive and service overall was good. Overall good dinner and great value we will certainly be going back.

        This place is great !! Atmosphere is chill and cool but the staff is also really friendly. They know what they’re doing and what they’re talking about, and you can tell making the Guests are happy is their main priority. Food is pretty good, The General Manger of Hotel Mr. Kiran, He made us feel welcomed and gave us an amazing experience. Thank you Kiran 😊

        We had a Great stay at this Hotel. Very friendly Staff, great Breakfast, they welcome us very nice, the room was great. The staff were excellent, service was on point and very attentive. The White Sauce Pasta was absolutely delicious really enjoyed the food. Especially Kiran Kumar Reddy , General Manger of in the Hotel. who was very polite and helpful after we had a tough day with Journey.

        One of the best hotel in Tirupati. Top class hospitality.Food was so delicious. Breakfast buffet was also very tasty.Staff are kind. Room is well maintained,clean and very hygiene.Overall very good experience.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
